Can I use olive oil instead of Vegetable oil when marinading chicken?

The recipe calls for the spices to be mixed with vegetable oil, but i’m out and will probably forget to run to the grocery store before its time to mix and cook, and I want to know, in case i forget is it okay to switch? or will the flavor be drastically different from the garlic chicken I am planning on making?

If i plan on eating only grilled chicken and salad what vitamins and nutrients am i missing?

I plan on going on a strict diet of grilled chicken, healthy salads, apples and oranges. Will this diet make me loose muscle mass or anything else essential to me being healthy and just gosh darn good-looking? like should i take protein shakes or something?? I weigh 129 lbs and am 5’2″. I currently run 2-3 miles everyday. Do you think someone like me should run more than that??

How do you tell if frozen chicken is still any good?

I am planning to surprise my parents by making them dinner, i found some frozen chicken in the freezer, but i don’t know how long it’s been there or if it is still any good. I need your help!! and my time is running out!
